Can I make an appointment to do my taxes?

During general office hours outside of tax season, please call or email us to set up an appointment.  For tax season, due to the high volume of clients, we are unable to take appointments; however, we are open with extended hours 7 days a week from 9 AM to 7 PM.




What are your services and fees?

We provide wide range of services to help support individual and business in regards to tax preparation and support. Fees may vary depending on complexity involved; please contact our office to inquire.

If I’m a new client, what should I bring for tax preparation?

  • Valid photo ID (you and your spouse) such as driver’s license.
  • Any tax documents related to income.
  • Copy of Social Security Cards for yourself, spouse, and dependents.
  • Last year’s tax return.
  • If you have dependents who qualify for the Earned Income Credit or Additional Child Tax Credit, please provide supporting documents to show eligibility for credit.
  • If you may qualify for education credits such as the American Opportunity Tax Credit, please provide supporting documents and Form 1098T.
  • If you own or have own a primary home, please bring your tax documents such as property tax and mortgage interest statement.

What can I do to reduce wait time?

We recommend you to drop off the documents for us the earlier the better to allow us more time to work on your tax return. This will reduce your wait time as we can work on your tax returns prior to your arrival.


How far back can I do taxes?

We can prepare tax returns as far as you need to comply with the IRS. However, dependent on which year, we may not be able to e-file your tax return.  For tax refunds, the IRS only allows 3 years back.

Do you have services to help with applying or renewing ITIN?

We do offer assistance with applying or renewing ITINs as you are Certified Acceptance Agency. You can also call the IRS at 1-800-4040

How do I pay my tax due?

After your tax preparation, we will provide you with vouchers and addressed envelopes if you would like to mail in your payments.

If you are unable to get an update with the provided references, please email or call us and we will help you with getting an update on your refund status.


I live in another state than Oregon; do you file tax returns for other states?

We do prepare tax returns for other states if applicable. We value your support and business; however, we do recommend for you to seek tax professional within your area as your local tax professional may be more familiar with local city and county taxes.
